The Global Leadership Collective
The Global Leadership Collective is a group of experienced and qualified business psychologists from around the globe who have come together as a network to share knowlege and support initiatives in the leadership space. The Leadershere is proudly part of this group.
Many have previously worked for at least one of the big consultancies in the assessment and development market, run and sold their own businesses or have been on the board of companies.
This collective allows us to support leadership initiatives through a unique operating model enabling us to offer best in class service to clients.
Maria Lucio AFBPsS MCIPD
Founder of The Leader Sphere and Principle Psychologist.
Maria has extensive expertise in business psychology, encompassing nearly 20 years in leadership assessment and development.
Her expertise lies in running successful projects in the selection and acceleration of talent across sectors and geographies, bringing insightful, robust soutions grounded in psychology to organisational issues. Maria’s career journey started in boutique firm Kaisen Consulting, where she spent a decade in client facing roles, before progressing to Deloitte in 2015, where she took on a prominent role in the Deloitte Leadership Centre of Excellence, collaborating with member firms worldwide. She has worked in several continents and has a good appreciation of how to operate effectively within different cultures. She started up her own business in 2020, and established a partnership with The Global Leadership collective in 2023.
Maria is Chartered Fellow of two accrediting bodies, the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) and the British Psychological Society (BPS). She is also a member of the Special Group in Coaching.
